Summer home improvement and home-buying season is upon us, with the Greater Ann Arbor area’s annual Showcase of New & Remodeled Homes event happening June 22 & 23, 2024. The tour can help people find a newly constructed home, a builder or remodeler, or inspire an ADU or other home improvements. It’s a unique opportunity to see some homes that will only be open to the public for 2 days. Other new construction models welcome people to see their neighborhoods and consider a variety of options.

Highlights include:

• Home #6 – A bold, modern whole home transformation updated for three generations to live together. It went from a 3 bedroom ranch to a 6 bedroom 2-story home at 1410 S. Zeeb Rd, Ann Arbor.
