WE HAVE A PEARLY OSBORNE FROM COLLEGE CLOSED INTERNATIONAL REALTY. JOINING US FRESH FROM A TRIP. THE AFRICA. IT JUST OPENED UP OVER THE DID WE JUST EXPANDED IT WAS AMAZING. THAT’S AWESOME. CONGRATULATIONS IN CANTON. ALL RIGHT. LET’S TALK SMART TECHNOLOGY. IT’S ALL IT’S LIKE WE’RE THE LEAD. THE LUXURY IS NOW BECOMING THE NECESSITY OF MORE. PEOPLE ARE LOOKING TO HAVE THESE TYPES OF THINGS IN THEIR HOME. WHAT SPECIFICALLY ARE PEOPLE LOOKING FOR? YOU KNOW, EVERYBODY LIKES THE ELECTRIC SHUTTERS. >> OH, YEAH. AND ALSO THE THE THE BLIND. YES, YOU KNOW, YOU LAY IN THE BED IN THE PSYCH. IT’S TURN ON THE MORNING THE MORNING LINE WITH THE NIGHT TIME LINE EASILY. THE BAD THAT’S REMOTE CONTROL. THAT’S A REALLY, REALLY, REALLY POPULAR ONE, OF COURSE. AND OF COURSE, ELECTRIC HURRICANE SHUTTERS. YEAH, ARE HUGE. I WOULD SAY THOSE ARE THE NUMBER TO THINK, YOU KNOW, WANTED WE’RE TALKING STAY THE BREAK. ALSO USE THE WORD RISK THAT IS THERE ANY RISK WHEN YOU’RE RELYING ON THIS KIND OF TECHNOLOGY SAY LIKE A HURRICANE COMES AND IT WAS POWER FOR 3 DAYS A WEEK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. YOU CAN’T LIFT YOUR IF ELECTRIC. YOU KNOW, THERE’S DEFINITELY SOME TECHNOLOGY AROUND LIKE A FRONT DOOR THAT THEY’VE CREATED THAT, YOU KNOW, YOU CAN ACTUALLY OPEN THAT SHUTTER WITHOUT THE POWER, BUT THE REST OF THEM, THEY’RE GOING TO BE DOWN UNTIL THE POWER COMES BACK ON. ABSOLUTELY. IT’S KIND OF LIKE, OH, SO ON PEOPLE BUY EXISTING HOMES. ARE THEY LOOKING TO KINDA MODIFY, YOU KNOW, THESE OLDER HOMES AND MAKE THEM MORE SMART? YEAH, YOU KNOW, IT’S REALLY OF THE PLIANT SAYS THEY REALLY LIKE THE THE ABILITY ON THE OVEN, FOR EXAMPLE, HAVE AN APP FOR THE OVEN. IF YOU’RE ON YOUR WAY HOME AND SAY YOU WANT TO PUT ON A LIST ON, YOU’RE GOING TO BAKE SOMETHING YOU CAN PREHEAT OVEN BEFORE YOU EVEN GET HOME. SO YOU CAN JUST SLIDE IT RIGHT IN THE OVEN. SO PEOPLE LOVE THAT, YOU KNOW, IN SOME OF THESE OVENS ARE GIVING YOU LIKE IDEAS ON RECIPES BRIDGE, INJURE BREADS AND ALL KINDS OF FUN STUFF LIKE RIGHT NOW. MY OVEN THIS MORNING, I GOT UP. IT WAS LIKE, YOU KNOW, A FALL RECIPE LIKE YOU SHOULD COOK THIS TODAY THAT HIT ME. BUT SOMEONE IN THE HOUSE GOES LIKE WE TURN THE OVEN. YOU DON’T KNOW LIKE YOU DON’T KNOW ME THAT SO THAT YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT I PROTECTING OF YEAR WHEN BUILDING A NEW HOME, THOUGH, I ASSUME THAT ARE ACTUALLY SPECIFICALLY BUILDING A HOME INCORPORATE THIS TYPE OF SMART SALUTE LEE, IF SOME BIRDS OR SELLING A HOUSE, THEY’RE LOOKING TO OPERATE THEIR APPLIANCES, UPGRADE THEIR ALARM SYSTEM. UPGRADE ANY TYPE OF THING. THOSE ARE WISE INVESTMENTS BECAUSE IT DOES HELP TO BUY NOT HAVE TO SPEND THAT EXTRA MONEY. IT PUTS A MORE VALUE ON THE HOME FOR THE POTENTIAL BUYER. AND OF COURSE, THE BUYERS THAT ARE BUILDING OR BUYING THAT DOESN’T HAVE IT. I’M SEEING LIKE, FOR EXAMPLE, I JUST LOVE THE NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME COUPLE OF DAYS AGO AND THE CLIENTS UPGRADED ALL OF THE APPLIANCES IN THEIR BRAND-NEW BECAUSE THEY WANTED MORE SMART. YOU KNOW, THAT THAT ABILITY TO HAVE IT ON THE PHONE. DOES THAT AFFECT THE COST AT ALL? AT THE END OF THE DAY, WHATEVER WAS IT JUST LIKE DRIP ON US? POINT JUST MEANT IT GOES UP. YEAH. OF COURSE. THE COST OF THE VALUE OF THE HOME GOES UP BECAUSE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE THINGS, ALL THE BELLS, ALL THE WHISTLES. IT’S KIND OF LIKE GRANITE VERSUS, YOU KNOW, FORMICA, YOU KNOW, LIKE OBVIOUSLY GREAT. IT’S GOING BRING MORE MONEY THAN FORMICA. A SMART HOME IS GOING TO BE MORE VALUABLE THAN THE ONE THAT DOESN’T HAVE IT. IF YOU HAVE IT SITTING RIGHT NEXT EACH OTHER. EVEN NEW CONSTRUCTION IN NEW CONSTRUCTION, THE SMART HOME THAT HAS ALL OF THE BELLS AND WHISTLES. THAT’S GONNA BRING A LITTLE BIT MORE MONEY. SMART. OUR HOMES GETTING ONE. IT’S A LITTLE CREEPY. THEY DON’T HAVE TO READ MORE ABOUT SO. SO ONE OF MY FRIENDS LIKE JASON COMES UP TO THE DOOR, HE CAN WALK UP AND MIGHT CAMERA. THIS IS A FRIEND. IT’S APPROVED IN THE DOOR. LOCKS MAY JUST A LESSON WITH A THING AS BUYING ALL THIS PROPERTY AROUND THE AREA. I KNOW HE IS. HE IS NOT A LOT OF PROBLEMS THAT WE ARE JUST WRONG. WE’RE JUST USING HIM AS A AS AN EXAMPLE, IS THAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT A POTENTIAL BUYER. IF PEOPLE WANT MORE INFORMATION ON COLLEGE, CLOSE WORK AND THEY GO AND WHAT CAN I DO? ABSOLUTELY. ONE BIG POPULAR ONE IS AROUND THE POOL TO MAKE SURE THAT THAT PULL GUYS COMING EVERY TUESDAY THAT HE SAYS HE’S COME TUESDAY THAT’S A REALLY BIG ONE. AND ALSO YOUR NEIGHBOR’S KIDS MIGHT JUMPING IN THE POOL. YOU KNOW, I DON’T HAVE A POOL. AND SO IF YOU’RE IF YOU’RE A SNOWBIRD TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THAT CAMERA TO RECOGNIZE BEEN DEVISING THAT PULL, IT SHOULDN’T BE IN THERE. THAT’S A BIG ONE. AND OF COURSE, THE FRONT DOOR CAMERAS, THE LAW ON CAMERA, YOU KNOW, MEAN, YOU COULD HAVE CAMERAS IN EVERY SECTION OF THE HOUSE INSIDE OUTSIDE WHATEVER THEY ALSO HAVE LIKE, IF THE FIRE ALARMS LIKE YOU’LL SAY FIREFIGHER, YOU KNOW, LIKE TALKS TO YOU JUST RINGING OF OCEAN LIKE SCREAMING AT, YOU KNOW, WHY ARE YOU KNOW, IS THERE BEEN ANYTHING COMPLETELY MIND BLOWING THAT THAT YOU’VE SEEN AS OF LATE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU LOOK BACK ON THE YEARS?
